Belynx Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and safeguard your information when you use Ark Nutrition (formerly Arkonix Life), our nutrition and fitness tracking application (the "App").
We do not use your health or nutritional data for advertising, and we never sell your personal data to third parties.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use the App:
A. Account & Contact Information
Name, email address, and authentication credentials managed securely via Supabase.
B. Health & Fitness Data
Food logs, macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats), 18+ micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), body metrics (weight, body fat), fasting logs, hydration levels, and optional Apple Health / Health Connect data (resting heart rate, HRV, active energy).
C. Diagnostic & Performance Telemetry
Anonymous crash reports and application performance logs collected via Sentry to maintain stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Personalize core nutrition intelligence, macro calculations, and Coach Ark recommendations.
- Sync your data securely across authenticated mobile devices.
- Provide direct engineering support and diagnose technical issues.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
You maintain full authority over your data. You may request total account and data deletion directly inside the App settings (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing support@belynxlabs.com. Upon request, all server data is permanently purged within 30 days.
