How do I log food using Arkonix Lens?
Open the app and tap the camera icon on the home screen. Point your camera at your plate or meal and tap capture. Arkonix Lens will analyze the image and automatically suggest food items and portion sizes. Review and confirm the log.
How do I use Coach Ark AI?
Navigate to the Coach Ark tab in the app. You can describe your dietary goals, budget, or preferences in plain language and Ark will generate a personalized meal plan. Tap any generated recipe to save it to your Recipe Vault.
How do I export my meal plan as a PDF?
Go to your Recipe Vault or weekly meal plan view, then tap the export icon in the top right corner. Choose between a recipe card layout or a shopping list format. The PDF will be saved to your device and can be shared directly.
How do I track my fasting window?
Tap the Fasting tab at the bottom of the app. Select your fasting protocol (16:8, 18:6, or 20:4), then press Start Fast. The timer will track your window and send a notification when your eating window opens.
How do I manage my Elite subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription to view your current plan, renewal date, and Elite features. To cancel or modify your subscription, tap Manage Subscription — this will redirect you to your Apple ID subscription settings.
How do I delete my account or data?
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Alternatively, email us at support@belynxlabs.com and we will process your request within 48 hours.
